    北京保利剧院管理有限公司(简称“保利剧院公司”)成立于2003年10月,隶属于中国保利集团,是国内知名的剧院管理和演出运营集团企业。目前,公司正朝着“渠道、内容、营销、艺术教育四位一体国际化剧院演艺集团”的目标不断迈进,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供更为强大的精神支柱。


全国一流的剧院院线平台

    保利剧院公司在全国21个省份57座城市经营管理国内剧院65家,拥有观众厅超过125个,座位超过13万个。成为全国乃至世界一流的直营剧院院线。


全国精品的演出运营平台

    随着公司渠道搭建的规模不断扩大,演出内容也实现了数量与质量的双提升。十五年来,保利剧院共上演剧目54100场,接待观众总数超过5400万人,仅2018年,演出量就达到了9100场,接待观众突破900万人次。名家名剧名团齐聚保利院线,在国际精品节目方面,以伦敦爱乐乐团、柏林爱乐、维也纳爱乐为代表的世界十大交响乐团悉数亮相保利,推出了何塞·卡雷拉斯世界告别演唱会等众多世界级精品演出,先后引进百老汇、伦敦西区经典音乐剧《猫》、《巴黎圣母院》、《小熊维尼》、《人鬼情未了》、《保镖》等精品剧目;在国内演出方面,著名话剧导演赖声川、孟京辉、林兆华等为保利观众带来了《如梦之梦》、《琥珀》、《仲夏夜之梦》等一大批经典话剧作品,杨丽萍的舞蹈《孔雀》、中央芭蕾舞团的《红色娘子军》、北京人艺的话剧《茶馆》、《天下第一楼》、太原舞蹈团的舞蹈《千手观音》等名家名作也将保利舞台装点得流光溢彩。


国内水平领先的原创制作基地

    公司与东莞市共建中国第一个音乐剧原创基地,陆续推出《三毛流浪记》、《钢的琴》、《长征》、《聂小倩与宁采臣》、《虎门销烟》五部原创音乐剧和原创话剧《银锭桥》,在院线巡演超过500场。其中《钢的琴》获得文华奖优秀剧目奖,《银锭桥》获得国际戏剧学院奖,其他剧目获得广东省“五个一工程”奖等多个奖项。

    同时,注重与名家、名团、名剧合作,推出制作精良、市场反馈好的艺术作品。2017年,公司与阿姆斯特朗艺术公司联合引进制作旧金山歌剧院英文版歌剧《红楼梦》,在华巡演6场,入选首轮中美社会和人文对话重点项目。与龙马社合作推出王刚、张国立、张铁林主演话剧《断金》,首轮演出一票难求,赢得了社会效益和经济效益的双丰收。2018年,公司与澳大利亚歌剧院联合制作歌剧《蝴蝶夫人》,与日本四季剧团联合制作音乐剧《素敌小魔女》,分别在保利院线进行巡演,获得良好口碑。此外,与七幕人生合作推出音乐剧《音乐之声》中文版,与央视合作推出儿童剧《我爱寓言》等。

    2017年,公司还参与投资百老汇音乐剧《一个美国人在巴黎》伦敦西区驻场版,在当地主流媒体获得5星好评,并加演到300场。中国剧场企业第一次出现在西区音乐剧制作人的名单中。


国内一流的剧院经营管理行业标杆

    剧院公司在发展中积累经验,凝聚出了“专业化、标准化、集团化、国际化”的质量方针, 2013年到2015年间,公司制订出台了针对各类演出艺术水准的国内首部《剧院经营管理规范》,与各地方政府联合发布了国内首部《政府补贴行业标准》,出版发行了《剧院经营管理实务》,提出院团演出等级分类标准,制定首套国内剧院经营管理规范性文件,在不断提升自身管理专业化水平的同时,将“保利规范”上升到了“行业标准”的层面,保利剧院公司成为国内剧院经营管理行业的标杆。2002年北京保利剧院成为全国首家通过ISO9001质量管理体系认证的剧院,之后公司下属所有剧院均通过质量认证保利剧院管理的品牌价值得到进一步提升。自2016年始,公司组织两届“保利剧院杯”员工业务知识与岗位技能大赛,全国50家剧院的4000多人参与其中,成为行业内的综合素质展示和技能提升平台。

    剧院公司坚持“人才兴司”战略,完善体制机制,形成了以面向管理人员的中高级管理人才培训班,面向不同专业的主题大师班,面向全岗位、全职级职工的员工知识技能大赛为主体的“宽口径,立体化”的人才培养体系。公司与上海戏剧学院、德国驻上海总领事馆和柏林自由大学共同举办了“中德剧院管理高级人才研修班”。与中央戏剧学院连续举办了四届剧院管理人才大师班。2018年,剧院公司还与中央戏剧学院签署战略合作协议,共同开设国内首个剧院管理本科班,进一步提升了人才培养的专业性和系统性。


国际交流的文化使者

    保利剧院公司发挥文化优势,加强与海外的合作,先后与英国大使剧院集团、美国布什诺艺术中心、阿姆斯特朗国际音乐艺术公司等海外机构建立了战略合作伙伴关系,与法国、波兰、德国、西班牙等国家的驻华领馆文化处开展了深入的合作。每年,剧院公司与“一带一路”沿线十多个国家的艺术团体合作,在保利院线演出近百个沿线国家艺术项目,共计500多场。公司在青岛、郑州成功举办两届国际剧院论坛,中、美、英、德、日、韩等国的专家齐聚保利,这是国内首个由企业主办的国际剧院论坛,拓宽了保利国际朋友圈。

    2018年,为纪念《中日和平友好条约》缔结40周年,公司引进日本松山芭蕾舞团经典芭蕾舞剧《新白毛女》的第16次的中国巡演,延续了中日芭蕾外交的佳话。


全国领先票务营销平台和大剧院艺术教育品牌

    2016年,公司注册成立北京保利票务发展有限公司,研发具有自主知识产权的票务系统,整合全国营销网络,打造保利文化生活平台,预计年售票量将突破1000万张。2016年开始,公司依托保利品牌和大剧院资源,在条件成熟的大剧院开展品牌艺术教育,在上海等地组建童声合唱团、青年交响乐团等,其中上海保利童声合唱团获得维也纳世界和平合唱节银奖。


Beijing Poly Theatre Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Poly Theatre Company") was established in October 2003 and is subordinated to the Poly Group Co., Ltd. It is the largest theatre management and performance operation group enterprise in China. Now the company is moving towards the goal of "four-in-one international theatre performing group integrating channel, content, marketing and art education", and provides a stronger spiritual pillar for realizing the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.

 

The country's largest theatre chain

Poly Theatre Company manages 65 first-class theatres in 57 cities of 21 provinces across the country, with over 120 auditoriums, and over 130,000 seats. It has become the largest theatre chain in China and even in the world.

 

The country's largest performance operation platform

As the company continues to expand its theatre chain and distribution network, the performance on Poly stage has achieved a significant improvement in quantity and quality. In the past 15 years, Poly Theatres has put on 54,100 plays and received over 54 million audiences in total. In 2018 alone, the number of performances reached 9,100, and the audience exceeded 9 million. Famous artists, dramas and troupes gather in Poly Theatres. In terms of its international quality program, the world's top ten orchestras represented by Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra Amsterdam, Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, and Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra have all appeared on the Poly stage. It has staged José Carreras’s World Farewell Concert and many other world-class performances. Besides, it has successively introduced from Broadway, Disney, London's West End, the classic musicals including "Cat", "Notre Dame de Paris", "Winnie the Pooh", "Ghost", and "Bodyguard" etc. In domestic performances, famous drama directors Lai Shengchuan, Meng Jinghui and Lin Zhaohua have brought a large number of classic drama works such as "A Dream Like A Dream", "Amber" and "A Midsummer Night's Dream" for Poly audience. Yang Liping's dance "Peacock", the National Ballet of China’s "Red Detachment of Women", Beijing People's Art Theatre's drama "Teahouse", "The First Building in the World", Taiyuan Dance Troupe's "Thousand-Hand Kwan-Yin" and other famous masterpieces have made the Poly stage resplendent.

 

The leading domestic original production base

The company and Dongguan City jointly built China's first original musical base, and has successively launched five original musicals including "The Winter of Three Hairs", "The Piano in A Factory", "Long March", "Nie Xiaoqian and Ning Caichen", "Destruction of Opiumin at Humen" and the original drama "Yinding Bridge", which have toured more than 500 times in Poly theatres.  Among them, "The Piano in A Factory" won Wenhua Award for Outstanding Drama, and "Yinding Bridge" received the 7th International Drama Academy Award for Best Actress. Other plays also won a number of awards such as the "Five One Project" in Guangdong Province.

Besides, the company focuses on the collaboration with famous artists, world-class troupes and outstanding dramas, and launches art work characterized by excellent production and good market feedback. In 2017, the company and Armstrong Art Company jointly co-produced and introduced the original English opera "A Dream of Red Mansions” of the San Francisco Opera House, and toured for 6 rounds in China. The project was successfully selected as the key projects in the first round of U.S.-China Social and Cultural Dialogue. By collaborating with Longmashe Corporation, the company introduced the drama "Brotherhood" starred by Wang Gang, Zhang Guoli, and Zhang Tielin. The first-round sell-out showed its immerse popularity, and the drama reaped both social and economic benefits. In 2018, “Madama Butterfly” co-produced by the company and Opera Australia, and “A Little Fantastic Witch” jointly produced by the company and Shiki Theatre Company gained popularity and received high praise for their qualities after touring Poly theatres. Besides, the company launched the Chinese version of the musical "Sound of Music" in collaboration with Sevenages and the children’s drama "I Love Fable" in collaborated with CCTV.

In 2017, the company also participated in the Broadway musical "An American in Paris" London West End Resident Edition. The musical was given a five-star rating by the local mainstream media and its performance was added to 300 rounds. For the first time, Chinese theatre company was included as a co-producer on the list of Western musical producers.

 

The first-class benchmark of domestic theatre business management industry

The company has accumulated experience in its development and condensed its quality policy of “professionalism, standardization, conglomeration, and internationalization.” From 2013 to 2015, it formulated and issued the first domestic “Theatre Operating Management Regulations” for various performance art levels, and jointly issued with local governments the first “Government Subsidy Industry Standard” in China. Later, it published the “Theatre Operating Management Practice”, proposed the classification standards for the performance level of the troupes, and formulated the first set of domestic theatre operation and management normative documents.While continuously improving the professional level of its own management, the company has promoted "Poly Regulations"  to the level of "Industry Standards", and as a result, Poly Theatre Company has become the benchmark for the domestic theatre operation and management industry. In 2002, Beijing Poly Theatre became the first theatre in the country to pass the ISO9001 quality management system certification. After that, all the other Poly theatres passed the quality certification, and the brand value of Poly Theatre Company’s management has been further improved. Since 2016, the company successfully organized the first and the second "Poly Theatre Cup", an employee professional knowledge and job skills competition, in which more than 4,000 people from over 50 theatres across the country have participated, and which has become the largest comprehensive quality display and skill improvement platform in the industry.

The company has been adhering to the talent development strategy by continuously improving its training system and therefore has built its unique talent cultivation mode. This mode features a comprehensive training, which includes management-oriented training courses for its senior management personnel, master classes for various topics, and its key part, the job skills competition for all employees.

The company jointly organized the "Sino-German Theatre Management Senior Talents Training Class" with Shanghai Theatre Academy, German Consulate-General in Shanghai and Free University of Berlin. It has successively held four Master Workshops on Theatre Management Talents with the Central Academy of Drama. In 2018, it signed a cooperation agreement with the Central Academy of Drama to jointly hold an undergraduate program in Theatre Management. It is the first theatre management talent class jointly provided by an enterprise and a higher education institution in China, a big step on improving the systematic talents cultivation.

 

The cultural ambassador to the world

Poly Theatre Company has been strengthening its collaboration with overseas organizations by giving full play to its advantages. It has established strategic partnerships with overseas institutions such as Ambassador Theatre Group, the Bushnell Performing Arts Center, and Armstrong International Music and Arts Enterprise. Also, it has carried out in-depth collaboration with cultural and education section of consulate in China from France, Poland, Germany, Spain and other countries. Every year, the company collaborates with art tropes in more than 10 countries along the “Belt and Road” to stage 500 performances of nearly 100 national art programs in Poly Theatres. The company successfully held the International Theatre Forum in Qingdao and Zhengzhou, where gathered a group of experts from China, the United States, Britain, Japan, South Korea and other countries. This is the first International Theater Forum sponsored by an enterprise in China, and has broadened Poly's international circle of friends.

In 2018, the company introduced Japanese Matsuyama Ballet’s classic ballet “The White-Haired Girl” to mark the 40th anniversary of signing the Treaty of Peace and Friendship between China and Japan. This is the ballet’s 16th tour in China, a precious chance that continues the “diplomatic relations” on ballet between the two countries.

 

National leading ticket marketing platform and art education brand of Poly theatres

In 2016, the company incorporated Beijing Poly Ticketing Development Co., Ltd., to develop a ticketing system with independent intellectual property rights. It aims to make the best use of the advantages of national marketing networks and build Poly’s own entertainment and life integrated digital platform, of which annual sales are expected to exceed 10 million. Since 2016, relying on the Poly brand and the Grand Theatre resources, the company has been carrying out art education in the select grand theatre, and set up children's choirs and youth symphony orchestras in Shanghai and other places, among which, the Shanghai Poly Children's Choir won the silver medal at the World Peace Choral Festival in Vienna.
